All righty then... well, I've tried to write journals and such in the past, and usually it's dropped in a week or two. I'm not very good at it at all. There's really no excuse; I'm just not a writer. So I'll try to be better at it.

But, the thing is, I'm a really private person. So my journals will be on paper, and not on the web. Besides, who wants to listen to the ramblings of a teenager anyway, right?

That's why I think I'll just post up story ideas here.

Yup, so tonight, we'll start with the idea I will from now on call Stockholm Syndrome.


Now, this story would be set in fantasy medieval era, with pegasus and magic and all, and the basic backdrop would be that this tiny country is in relative peace for this, that or the other reason. However because they are so small, they are in constant danger of conquest.

So the king's all like, "OMG", and the queen's like "EEK", and they both come up with the genius idea to marry off their daughter (we'll call her P) to the neighboring country's only prince (he'll be M), and so secure their country's safety. (At least until the husband-to-be decides to stab them in the back.) Their eldest son, Y, who cares for his younger sister, P, is of course, completely against the idea, for he wants his sister's happiness, but he's so meek he won't do anything about it. The youngest child X, a boy, throws a tantrum over his elder brother's impotence and vehemently objects to the king. But P herself is willing to marry this prince she's never met, since it'll save the country (and that's all princesses were good for back then).

Ok, so P is all set to marry M. The day before she's supposed to set off for the neighboring country to meet her fiancee, however, she's kidnapped by an anonymous band of rogues. P awakens in a cage underground someplace, she doesn't know where. Not very far from her, the thieves sit around a table drinking and laughing. The rugged leader, R, gives her some food to eat, though he's supposed to be cruel and mean and uncivilized and whatever. She refuses and demands to be taken home, to which the band roars with laughter and R comments that they've been paid too much to let her go. R and Co.'s motives are unclear, but she's going to be their captive for a while.

In the meantime, M and P's brothers Y and X discover her disappearance. It was, however, made to look like an assassination by M's country. Consequently, the two countries go to war. Knowing his country is not to blame, M sends out forces to discover the true culprits in P's murder.

Aaaaaand that's all I got. xD You didn't expect me to give you the ending, did ya?
